PLACING ORDERS
We work with customized cakes no available in our display cases for immediate purchase, for this reason we highly recommend placing cake orders at least 4 weeks in advance–on popular weekends our baking schedule often fills up!  Orders for custom decorated cakes and cupcakes should be placed as far in advance as possible; we do our best to accommodate last-minute custom orders, but we cannot guarantee availability.

MODIFICATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
We’ve worked hard to create flavor combinations that make our products special.  Because of this, we regret that we’re unable to accommodate modifications to menu items (e.g. the addition or omission of particular ingredients (nuts, fillings, etc.) featured in or on our products).  Rest assured, however, that to accommodate a wide range of preferences, we’ve created many flavors, so we’re confident there’s a cake flavor to appeal to everyone!  Thanks for your understanding!

REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final, with the exception of custom orders cancelled with sufficient notice (discussed below). Partial or full refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis, but please note that we do not provide refunds in cases where an item was prepared correctly but a flavor or texture did not meet a personal preference.

CUSTOM ORDERS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of placing any custom order, with final payment due one (1) month prior to the delivery or pick-up date.  In the event of cancellation, these monies are forfeit (and cannot be credited toward future bakery purchases).  If your custom order is made less than one (1) month in advance, the total amount is due immediately.  If final payment is not made by this date, the order is considered canceled.

Notification of cancellation must be made (30) days or more days prior to the delivery or pick-up date in order to receive a partial refund of monies paid.  No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made with less than thirty (30) days notice.  Note that regardless of the cancellation date, the 50% deposit is always non-refundable.

DESIGN FINALIZATION
The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake.  Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional rush-order charges based upon time and product availability.
